A- GOLDEN READYMIX
Golden Readymix is designed to satisfy the demand of building construction firms with supply of standardized concrete.Relying on the most modern and the state of the art facilities and equipment Golden Readymix is able to supply any mix –design up to a capacity of 4500 Cbm. per day.
To provide a more complete basket of construction materials two units for production of pre-cast and hollow core have been built and shall be operational shortly. These units are fed through a separate batching plant with capacity of 60 Cbm per hour.

GOLDEN ROCK and AGGREGATE
To ensure self reliance, consistency and continuity in supply of the raw materials one the most impressive Quarries of Fujairah has been purchased to supplement the production of all units.
With a production capacity of 15,000 cbm vast reserves of high quality laboratory tested and approved sand and gravel, this quarry is not only capable of feeding concrete production units but also road and building industry in the region.

GOLDEN FOUNDATION TECHNOLOGY
Golden group has recognized the strategic status of the building construction industry in the United Arab Emirates and has responded by creating a new company focused on pilling and foundation works of the buildings.
Four pilling units manufactured by MAIT of Italy, one set Bentonite injection, concrete injection and a complete set of Shield pilling manufactured by DAWSON of UK are only a few steps taken to respond to our client’s needs for pilling at any size and depth required.
This machine has been particularly designed and built to carry out jobs which require large diameter drills at great depths.
The high torque, which reaches a maximum of 59.000 daNm, allows the drilling, insertion and extraction of casing tubes up to a maximum diameter of 3.000 mm.The maximum reachable depth is 100 m.

The HR 180 drilling rig, in its standard version, is mainly used for large diameter drills up to a maximum depth of 60 m. Upon request, it can be equipped with an interlocking kelly bar in order to work on rocky ground.The client can choose the rotation torque depending on his particular working requirements. The available torque range is: 16.340-18.000 daNm.
